I made a jig to mount them, using a low-tech toe piece, but copying off an existing boot should work fine....

And, to answer your PM question, I'm working on putting the .stl file on Dropbox or Google Drive so folks can 3D print locally in the event that that's easier or more cost-effective than Shapeways. I'll post that link here.

Wow, beautiful! Have you published your .stl file? Would be nice to 3D print a cheap ABS prototype, then order your Nylon versions later. I'm also thinking it would be nice to create an associated 3D printed jig to precisely locate bolt-on relative to tech-toe. Is toe-to-duckbutt geometry published somewhere?
