BD split skins

I'm looking at picking up some carbon Megawatts and skins to go with. I was originally planning on BD splits, but most of the current reviews don't look so good- icing and glue issues. The Megas are at the minimum width for them and wonder if perhaps some of the reviewers' issues were due to too narrow of a ski. Is anyone on this season's version and have pros or cons to offer up?
