    Ultimately moving is good; stagnation is bad. The rest is minutiae.

    I've been studying physiology and the biochemistry is fascinating but cursory. Any revolutionary principle of health based on minute biochemistry is suspect.

    Eat well, exercise hard, and love even harder. Happy Valentine's day.
