And thanks all! The party will not be televised.

I'm a Deeeetroit boy, home of the motor city madman (the Nuge), Bob Seger, and many, many others. OTOH, I've spent nearly half my life in Cali, so I'm a born-again Californian. Figured that became legit when I learned to windsurf. And I've been wearing visors since forever.

Dostie, Happy birthday...
I learned to windsurf in the hudson river on a "Rocket 12" 20 years ago. The board was so waterlogged that it would punch through small waves. I think it weighed 35lbs...
I don't sail anymore, but have a lot of decent gear that nobody really wants to buy..... even though I would sell it for cheap..... I think more people are kiteboarding now. It requires less wind to do it, than sailing does, so kiter's get more days out on the water...
Do you still sail Dostie?Last edited by tele.skier; 27 November 2013, 11:15 AM.the fall line is your friend.... resistance is futile
