  • BC Photos, let's see 'em!

I take a lot of photos as some of you may know. I like to share them from time to time but they don't always fit a ski, bike, or backpacking related theme so I thought I'd start this thread for more general scenic landscape and backcountry photos. We have been having amazing sunsets here lately and it's been pretty fun and rewarding to get out shooting them. I took this one on a mountain bike ride but there's no indication of that in the photo so I thought a more general thread might suit it better.

From Hartman Rocks Recreation Area, riding after work. So worth another ride home in the dark!
Hartman Rocks is typically very dry so having some standing water to reflect these nice skies and landscapes is kind of special!

Ooh, that's really nice. Reminds me of those 70's silkscreen prints you'd see in offices. But way better!

Perhaps it's time to invest in a dynohub for your front wheel? A friend sent this to me the other day, and there are relatively inexpensive dynohubs popping up:

Awesome picture (as usual) for the start of this thread!

Along the river we met up with this..
Apologies for lighting, focus (camera shake anyone ??), etc..
What makes the pix great is we
got them, the subject matter, the context ,
                      not fantastic hd detail..
He was busy grubbing for bugs and only
raised his head to look at me a few times..
