Haute Route ski trip, great video..

Not my trip, but I liked the video, while waiting with no new snow, here in Vermont over last 2 weeks.

On my bucket list, I have skied a bit in Chamonix, got to ski the Vallee Blanche, but not the Haute Route (yet).
I have skied similar , just over-your-ankle "Euro Powder" in France.

I spent a couple of seasons climbing in Cham in the 1970s. Always wanted to come back and ski. Did some climbing with Vallencent and he was so stoked for the ski descents he was doing.

Todd, Here is a pic or two from my Vallee Blanche trip, years ago. Our two guides.

Refuge du Requin? Must have been quite the descent! Down to the valley floor?

Well, we skied down the Mer de Glace, to Montenvers climbed the long stairway, then took the Cog railway back to Chamonix.
